Prima Fila is at Fridtjof Nansens plass 5, a stone's throw from Oslo City Hall, Nationaltheatret and Aker Brygge. That makes us a natural meeting point for lunch, whether you're catching up with a colleague, taking a client out or simply treating yourself to a proper break in the working day. Our kitchen is built on Italian classics made with fine Norwegian produce, with fresh pasta and pizza from the wood-fired stone oven as our signatures. In season we also have a large terrace, so you can enjoy lunch outdoors when the weather allows.

Our lunch menu (Pranzo) ranges from light salads such as Insalata Cesare and Insalata Poseidone, to classic open sandwiches like Bruschetta alla Skagen and open prawn sandwiches, and on to piping hot pasta such as Spaghetti Carbonara, Lasagne Classiche al Forno and Tagliatelle allo Scoglio. Our opening hours are Monday-Tuesday 12:00-22:00, Wednesday 12:00-22:30, Thursday-Saturday 12:00-23:00 and Sunday 15:00-22:00. The kitchen is open throughout the day, so you can come for lunch whether you arrive early or late. The easiest way to secure a table is to book ahead; it only takes a couple of clicks.
